Today I am going to some 5 minutes yummy recipes that you can easily be prepared at home. These snacks are prepared with fewer ingredients and that too in just one clap of yours. It will boost your taste and at the time will fill your tummy.

5 MINS SNACKS IDEAS:

1. CHOPPED CHICKPEA SALAD:

For this you just need to have some chickpeas in the fridge and you are ready to go for this yummi 5 mins snack whenever you run out of option for some healthy yet taste snack. It’s the perfect yes whenever you feel hungry. 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Soaked Chickpeas 
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder 
  • Salt to taste

Steps to prepare:

  • Take one tomato, cucumber and onion and chop all the veggies.
  • Take take a bowl, put 1.5 cups of soaked chickpeas in the bowl
  • Then add the chopped veggies to the chickpeas 
  • Now add chopped chill and mix all the ingredients properly
  • Then add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • Then mix all the ingredients and now your 5 minutes chickpea salad is ready to eat.
 

2. BREAD PIZZA:

If you have some breads and mozzarella cheese, then go ahead to make this boring bread into a yummi snack recipe. Just some bread slices, mozzarella cheese and some sauces and you are ready to go with this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 
  • Mozzarella cheese 
  • Pizza sauce (any other sauce)
  • 1 Capsicum (optional)
  • Frozen corns (optional)

Steps to prepare:

  • Take a bread slice with all its sides cut
  • Then apply pizza sauce evenly on the bread and on the other hand chop 1 capsicum 
  • Then add chopped capsicum and frozen corns on the bread with sauce 
  • If you don’t like veggies then you can make it without veggies also
  • Then grate mozzarella cheese on the bread slice and fill the slice with grated mozzarella cheese evenly 
  • Now microwave it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Now you yummi 5 mins bread pizza is ready to eat.
 

3. SPICY SWEET CORNS:

When you want to have something that’s spicy and piquant in your snacks but don’t want to spend much time in preparation. Then it is the perfect yes for you. Just frozen corns, red chilli powder and lemon juice and you are ready to go.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup frozen corns
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder 
  • Butter 
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon of chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Steps to prepare:

  • Take a pan and boil some water. Then add 1.5 cups of frozen corns in the boil.
  • Now boil the corns for 2-3 minutes. Then turn the flame off and strain off the water.
  • Now take a wok and add some butter in the wok. Then add the heated corns in the butter and stir it continuously for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then turn the flame off and put the corns in a bowl. Now add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Then mix all the ingredients properly and now your delicious 5 minutes spicy sweet corn in ready to eat.
 

4. INDIAN BHEL PURI:

Well this is a snack that doesn’t need any introduction. It’s not only a famous street food in India but also an easy yet yummy recipe that can be made easily made at home in less than 5 minutes. Just puffed rice and some chopped veggies and you are ready with the snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 2 tablespoons of tamarind sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 
  • 1 tomato 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 boiled potato
  •  Salt to taste 

Steps to prepare:

  • Take a bowl and add 2 cups of puffed rice. Then add 1 chopped tomato and 1 chopped onion 
  • Then taka a boiled potato and mesh it and then add it in the puffed rice.
  • Then add 2 tablespoons of tamarind sauce and 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce 
  • Then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and then you spicy 5 minutes bhel puri is ready to eat
 

5. MUG BROWNIE:

When you want to have some dessert but don’t to too much hardwork in preparing that. So here is the perfect option for your craving. Just a mug and you are on with the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder 
  • 1.5 tablespoons of all purpose flour 
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons of refined oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water 
  • 1 grated chocolate 

Steps to prepare:

  • Take a microwave safe mug and add 2.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1.5 tablespoons of all purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Then whisk all the above ingredients with a small whisker.
  • Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of water in the mug. Then whisk all the ingredients together.
  • Whisk the ingredients briskly so it turns into a smooth batter. Make sure that there is no lumps in the batter and the batter is completely smooth.
  • Then grate the chocolate and add in to the batter. Then stir the batter. Then add the remaining grated chocolate on the top.
  • Microwave it for about 40 to 60 seconds and then take the mug out and allow it to cool for some time. Now your yummi 5 mins mug brownie is ready to eat.
